In all fairness, I agree with Varadkar that Twitter is a sewer, but he and I may have differing ideas about how and why it ought to be "cleaned up." The censorship there is already pretty heavy. My opinion; don't play in a sewer if you don't want to get shit on yourself.

I'm in the USA and am utterly ignorant of the inner dynamics of Irish politics, but the common trend towards statist speech controls throughout Oceania via Newspeak is... eerie.
